Strawberry Banana Cake
Things to put in
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 cup vanilla sugar/regular sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
grated zest of one lemon
2 bananas (mashed)
1 cup of chopped fresh strawberries
Other 'optional' things

5 spoons Malibu Coconut Rum
3 spoons strawberry jam
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 cup cooking chocolate (melted)

What To Do
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, stir the eggs and the oil. Add the bananas, strawberries, jam and lemon zest.
- Add to the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Pour into square baking tin until 3/4 full.
- Drip melted chocolate on top, form circular swirls with a chopstick.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Cool in a wire rack and frost with icing sugar.
